Hello!

We have a sun drenched room available in our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse in the East Village. The apartment is massive with 40ft ceilings in the living room and a large private rooftop patio, accessible through the living room. The room itself has a large south facing window and closet. It is currently furnished with a queen bed, shelves, desk and some art (can be removed on request).

More about the apartment:
The apartment is a spacious duplex with all south facing windows, meaning it is always bright. Two bedrooms (including the advertised room) + 1 bathroom on the second floor.

The remaining two bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor along with the living room, kitchen and access to the outdoor terrace.

The apartment comes fully furnished (inc bedrooms) and features plenty of plants. We like to keep the space clean and decluttered for all to enjoy. The terrace is accessible via the living room and has outdoor seating/couches and plenty of plants.

The Building:
Conveniently located in the East Village on Ave B & 2nd Street, the building has 24hr doorman, mail room, elevators, and a laundry on each floor. The apartment is on the 6th floor. In addition to our private rooftop, there is a communal terrace and pool room on the ground floor.

The Roommates:
Two roommates, both 30, working professionals. We get along great and aim to cultivate a clean, respectful and enjoyable home environment. We have been living together for many years and it has been a very low drama household, which we are looking to maintain. Keeping communal areas tidy is extremely important to us. We also engage a cleaner to clean every two weeks.

Roommates work in banking & consulting and love to live a healthy and active lifestyle

Whilst we enjoy sharing the occasional meal/drink together, we are both fairly independent.

What we are looking for:
Ideally, we are looking for a mature professional who is clean, active and respectful. Someone who is friendly, social whilst also respecting personal space/boundaries.
