Very private and completely separate room in a huge 2200 sq ft 3 bed apartment in the heart of East Village! Located right on the 14th st “L” train, you will have access to the subway right outside your doorstep.

The apt is fully furnished with 9 totally separate rooms:
-living room with a 150 in Projector screen, 2 full couches
-dining room
-"study" lounge room.
-3 completely separated bedrooms, not sharing walls and plenty of space between them. (you can be blasting music in your room, no one will hear)
-big hallway with art hanging
-bathroom
-separated kitchen

Each room listed above is completely separate

The available room is completely detached from the rest of the apartment, not sharing a wall or even remotely close to the next room. Complete privacy!

The apartment is probably one of the biggest in East village. There will only be 3 people total living in this spot, so tons of open room to hangout.

Your room includes a bed, a desk, and an empty closet in the hallway.

Utilities are not included, each month we all 3 split internet and electricity. Internet is 20$ per month each, and electricity varies but in summer months about 30-50 each.

About the current roommates: both guys working full time in Manhattan. 27 and 30 with girlfriends, very chill guys.

No laundry in building, but drop off service is downstairs.
