Great Location close to subways parks supermarkets

We have a room available in our 3B/1Bathroom apartment in the East Village. One of our rooms is available for from March 1, 2026 and eventually lease takeover from May 2026. we are looking for someone long term and working professionals. The room is available for move in from March 1, 2026 until the end of May 2026 after which you can renew the lease with current Roommate.
We have been living in this apartment for a few years and absolutely love it here. The apartment is located at the north end of East Village near the corner of 12th St and 1st Ave. Super close to the L train, as well as the M15 bus service, and less than ten minutes from Union Square on foot. Best of all, it's only 1 floor up, 5 mins walk to trader joe and Target.
Each room has a big window with tons of natural light and also a closet.
2 rooms are taken and the only one large room is available. The room is fully furnished and has a big window, roof access, and closet space. 5mins walk to Tompkins Square Park and 10min walk to Washington square park. Lastly, no laundry in the building but plenty of laundromats nearby. I’m happy to show the apartment in person or virtually. Looking for stable, responsible, working professional someone that pays rent on time and does not bring party home.
