East Village/1 Large Exquisite Bedrm In A 3 Bedrm

1 LARGE BEDROOM available in a 3-bedroom apartment. It's located in one of the most popular areas of New York City - THE EAST VILLAGE. The bedroom is fully furnished, nicely polished, spacious and immediately has move-in ready accommodations (full-size high-quality bed, armoire for clothes, dresser, mirror, air condition use, armed chairs for relaxing and a pub table and bar chairs that can be used for computer use, eating or reading, etc.).

It's conveniently close to several trains/buses traveling uptown or downtown, quaint restaurants, museums, parks and is in walking distance to New York University. It has one exposed brick wall in the bedroom and some in other parts of the apartment and is a walk-up. Mostly quiet from the traffic noise on the streets.

This is an independent/private roommate living situation. Primarily, the idea roommate I'm looking for should have qualities such as: being mature, responsible, reliable, respectful and a person with no drama. This is the idea place for someone who's on the go a lot and just need a place to crash.

The monthly rent is $1,295.00 with 1 month's security of the same and it's available starting on 2/1/2026 mark>(no problem to move-in several days earlier for free, if necessary). The utility expenses are already inclusive in the rent, so there's no other monthly expenses required at all, which includes Wi-Fi Internet, electricity and air condition expenses).

Presently, 2 males and 1 female live in the apartment. However, since one male is relocating, I'm preferably looking for another mature male. Prefer a Long-Term stay, but possibly open to a Short-Term option as well. You can view the attached pictures with this ad.
