Private Room in EV Apartment!

We have a wonderful room to fill in the heart of the East Village!

My roommate and I just signed a 1 year lease beginning Nov 1st and are looking to fill the 3rd bedroom in a gut-renovated 3 bed/1 bath apartment in prime East Village. The apartment has a beautiful new kitchen with full-size stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, and **in-unit laundry**. You will only have to furnish your bedroom!

Who we are: 2 female professionals in our late twenties. Our weeks are a mix of work, fitness classes, and the occasional happy hour/dinner out, and we love to be out on the town during the weekend. Would love to be friends with our new roommate. One of us is in hybrid mode and the other works from home full time. We are clean and take good care to keep our shared spaces that way. We’re both vaccinated.
Who you are: Looking for a female in her late twenties who enjoys a movie night in as much as a night out dancing.
The room: Pictures of the available room attached - It fits a queen bed and desk, has a north facing window that gets great natural sunlight, and a closet!
How to move in: You’ll have to provide all the typical documentation to be officially accepted and added to the lease. Your share of the rent is $1,767. To move in you'll need 1st month's rent, broker fee & security deposit (both 1 months rent)
