Subletting 1 bedroom in a spacious Union Square apartment: February & March (1/29–4/1) – $2,500 per month

Looking for someone to take my room for a 2-month sublease while I’m traveling. Great setup for anyone new to NYC, working remotely, or needing a comfortable and central home base.

The Apartment & Location:
Prime East Village / Union Square (3rd Ave between 12th & 13th). Surrounded by amazing restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Steps from Union Square with access to all major subway lines. Modern, oversized 1,500 sq ft apartment with new appliances, in-unit laundry, and a huge living room that’s great for relaxing or hosting friends.

The Room:
Fully furnished with a king-size bed. Bright, clean, comfortable, and completely move-in ready.

Roommates:
You’ll be sharing with Markos, who is easygoing, social, and in and out of the apartment. Small hangouts and friends visiting are totally fine.

Details:
$2,500 per month, $5,000 total for the full stay.
No security deposit required.
Available January 29 to April 1.
