There?s a small living room with a couch, and a good sized, renovated kitchen for this prime east village location. (Mini dishwasher too). The building has an electronic doorman, and elevator. The rooftop of the building has amazing 360 views of the city. The two other girls in the apartment are friendly, respectful and clean. A clean roommate is a must!
I can leave my dresser and full bed so it would be furnished, or I can take it with me.
