Hi all, subletting one room with it's own private living room in my two bedroom apartment available from June 1 with all utilities included. I'm working out of the city on a work contract and looking for a clean and considerate subletter who will enjoy the space as much as I do. It's short term from one month and potentially the rest of the summer. I'm flexible for the right subletter.
It's a beautiful space, fully furnished with exposed brick, a full size bed, dresser, vanity desk, and clothing rack. There's two windows giving great light, a fire escape, and it's in the heart of the east village, one block from Tompkins Square Park. Close to transportation of F, M, N, R, W, 6, L, and 1st avenue bus. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and has a dishwasher. There's only one other male roommate, who's room is on the other end of the apt, and the layout gives great space as he has his own entrance directly into his room. Small dogs are allowed and cats are no problem.
If you're interested to come by and take a look, send me a message to arrange.
