Come check out this spacious room (15 ft x 30 ft) bedroom w/ private bathroom in our lovely East Village (2 blocks, no aves from Union Square) duplex apartment!

The master bedroom and bathroom is located on its own floor, separate from the other two bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen (still has unlimited access to those common areas). It's big enough for lots of different furniture / living style options - the outgoing roommate has his bedroom set up, a desk for working from home, and couch/media living room. The room faces our private patio (away from street) so it's super quiet. There's laundry in the building.

You can't beat the location of this apartment - 3 minutes walking to Union Square (easy commute to anywhere), too many restaurants to ever eat at within a couple blocks, all sorts of gyms, shopping, coffee, concert venues, etc within steps and yet our block is still pretty quiet.

Your two potential roommates are 28 and 29 year old men who work in finance and tech respectively. Both of us are dedicated professionals who keep it low key during the week and are out and about on the weekends. We've thrown two parties in the year we've been at the apartment and, pre-quarantine, had small scale gatherings / a couple guests once every couple weeks. We definitely prefer a roommate who has close to a traditional M-F work schedule.
