Our apartment needs extra roommate!

Hi, my friend and I are moving into a new apartment that has stairs, three bedrooms, 1.5 baths, an AMAZING balcony/patio, includes laundry and a dishwasher, and allows pets. It is in the East VIllage, close to everything, and is about 1500$ a month plus some extra depending on the fee and electricity usage every month. I am a female student, my friend is a male worker. We would sometimes like to throw gatherings in our apartment, so if you're considering moving in with us we would love to have you but you should keep in mind some nights will be noisy and we like to have people over!
We are just getting it and we're looking for someone who has the following credentials as we are putting down so the landlord has all our info:
? Income Letter from Employer or CPA on letterhead verifying source of income, i. e. job title , length of employment, and gross annual income
? First two pages of most recent Federal Tax Return 1040's
? Most recent bank statement
? Summary Page of Investment Portfolio, if applicable
? Two most recent pay stub
? Government issued ID
