A quiet and safe elevator building in the heart of the East Village- sorrounded by all the great restaurants, shops, and transportation access. I'm a native New Yorker who works in the health field .
The rooms have air conditioning. and comes with Wifi. There is a Tv with Roku available in the bedrooms as well.
I am seeking someone mature , trustworthy, clean, quiet and respectful. Preferably you are working outside of the home. I value and appreciate good energy, it is essential in the home.. I do not have pets and although I love them I prefer no pets ( but ask).. I have a dishwasher and there is a laundry in the building.
Looking forward to hearing from you... It really is a great place for a short stay.
