The bedroom has a closet and a large window which gets a lot of sunlight in the morning. Very clean. New paint. Hardwood floors throughout the apartment. A queen-sized bed fits with plenty of room to spare. A queen sized bed, linens, and a nightstand are available if you need them. The shared bathroom is clean and in good repair. No laundry in building though laundromats and cleaners are across the street. Wifi available. An AppleTV connects the television to the internet.

The neighborhood is very safe and people are always out in the streets if you come home late. Dunkin' Donuts and Starbucks on the corner. Trader Joe's and Whole Foods are nearby. Marks Place, Alphabet City, the Lower East Side, and Soho are just a few minutes walk. Williamsburg is 1 stop away on the L. Greenwich Village is a 15 minute walk crosstown.
