Need roommate ASAP for 10/1

The bedroom empty

Hey guys, I’m looking to replace my roommate ASAP starting October 1st! You will need to APPLY and be approved by my landlord, and the lease is from 10/1 to 9/1 next year, as my current roommate had to stay an extra month.

House notes, this is a CAT household!
Apartment: $1250 + utilities (about $100) a month
East Harlem near 103rd stop, couple blocks to 6 train
Must sign on to lease officially, lease is 11 months from October 1 to August 31, 2027, all regular application requirements apply
First floor
Small room unfurnished
Living room will be mostly empty BTW
No laundry but several laundromats close
AC, heating
Small patio area in back

About me:
25f I work overnight on live events so I will usually be gone at night and then at home sleeping during the day
I’m pretty quiet and mindful so I won’t be disturbing you when I’m home, usually I’m just crafting or watching youtube
I don’t cook much
I’m chill we can be friends or just coexist as long as we still maintain open communication
Queer friendly

About living
Clean up after yourself, split costs of shared supplies, give notice about guests, be respectful of my cat (but you don’t need to partake in any of her care), and just take care of the space.
