I’m looking for a respectful, easygoing roommate to share my renovated 2-bedroom apartment in East Harlem. The apartment is clean, modern, and well maintained, with a relaxed, friendly, warm atmosphere that’s ideal for someone who values a comfortable place to come home to.

The available bedroom is unfurnished, giving you the flexibility to make it your own. You’ll have full access to the entire apartment, including the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and in-unit washer and dryer. If furniture is needed, I am open-minded, so we can discuss further.

I work from home and take pride in keeping the apartment clean, organized, and welcoming. I’m friendly, respectful, and appreciate open communication. I also respect privacy and am one of the most open minded and non-judgmental people you will meet.

Looking For:
I’m open to both short-term and long-term stays and am looking for someone who is:

Because I work from home during the day, I prefer someone who works primarily outside the home or has a schedule that doesn’t involve working from the apartment full-time.

I’m looking for a roommate who is open-minded and respectful of personal lifestyles, understands that each person deserves privacy and autonomy, and is comfortable sharing a home where occasional overnight guests and different schedules—including later evenings—are part of everyday life, while always being considerate of one another.

As a personal preference, I think I’d be the best fit with a gay male roommate, though I’m ultimately looking for someone who is respectful, mature, and compatible with the living environment.

1–7 nights: $65/night
8–14 nights: $60/night
15-29 nights: $58/night
month-to-month (30+ nights): $1,650
