I am subletting my room in a very nice 2 bedroom apartment with a balcony. 9th floor.

The building has great amenities- laundry, gym, dog park, children's park, and a business center.

Current roommate is a professional female, 28, non-smoker, vegetarian. Very respectful and quiet. Works normal Monday-Friday hours in the office.

Bedroom can be furnished with a full sized bed and frame if needed. There is TONS of closet space. One large closet in the bedroom and one large closet to yourself in the hallway.

Located at The Crossing on 1st ave. Building 1966. Apartment has all new appliances and is very nice.

15 min walk to Carl Schurz Park.
15-20 min walk to Central Park, East Meadow.
15 min walk to Ruppert Park.
Q Train on 2nd & 96th St. - 10 min walk
6 Train on Lex and 96th. - 15 min walk
