Located a short walk from major parks like Central Park, so you won't feel like you're living in a concrete jungle. Easy access to other neighborhoods like Central Harlem or the Upper East side. Walking distance from grocery stores like Costco. The only thing you won't find nearby is good Mexican food!

Looking for an individual to share a lease with from at least September 2026 to August 2027. This is a cozy apartment with a shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom. I myself have two jobs, one in person and one remote, so I treat the apartment as my home base and place to relax outside the hustle and bustle of the city. An ideal roommate would also be another working professional (whether business or creative) in their early 20s who is outgoing and ready to enjoy all that New York City has to offer! Future roommates will be invited to outings and events that happen in the apartment, but should also be able to do their own thing.

This flatshare is non-smoking (at the request of the landlord), LGBTQIA+ friendly, BIPOC Friendly, and, in general, non-discriminatory. I personally don't drink or do substances, but please note that fun, friends, and parties are allowed and encouraged (as long as they don't disturb the neighbors).
