The apartment is 1 block from the 6 train and 3 blocks from the 2/3 express train off 116th st. Central Park is a 10 min walk. Neighborhood has many bodegas, markets, restaurants, and laundromats. The Upper East Side is a 7 min commute and to midtown is a 20 min. The M60 express bus to LaGuardia Airport gets you there in 30 min or cab ride is 20 min. 7 min walk to Metra North.
Looking for LGBTQ friendly, non smoker, employed, clean and tidy person to share apt with a nice clean creative such as myself. I work evenings and weekends and I tend to be gone quite often.
