Hi! Looking for a roommate to help fill in for a friend that is moving out. This would be for a June/July move-in for a 12-month lease.

The apartment is located right on the corner of Marcus Garvey Park on E 120th Street between Park and Madison Avenue.

A brief snippet about myself: I am a 28 yo man that has been working in the nonprofit sector in NYC for ~2 years as a data analyst. I am pretty chill and do my own thing after work but am down to hang out if the opportunity presents itself.

2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom
* 1 Room Slightly Larger than the other. You would be occupying the larger of the two. 3-Floor Walk-Up.
Rent: $3,100 a month
$1,600 - Larger Room (Your Room)
$1,500 - Smaller Room (My Room)
Utilities - Electricity & Wifi
Heat and Water are included in the rent. Following utilities are the total cost and would be split evenly between the two of us.
Electricity: ~$140-$190 ($70-95 each) a month depending on the season.
Wifi: $80 a month. ($40 each)

I've included a tour video of the apartment. Recorded Sunday, May 2nd, 2026. (FYI, the roommate has not moved all of their belongings from the apartment yet, which is why the bedroom looks a bit messy, however, it will be empty by the time you move in).
