Whimsy Room in Spanish Harlem

Hi! I'm looking to sublet my room in Spanish Harlem
Dates: June 13 to July 20 (5 weeks)
Location: 120st and 3rd Ave

- Queer friendly
- Full size bed and Roku TV
- Kitchen essentials (microwave and airfyer/convection oven)
- Laundry in building (top floor)
- Elevator
- Doorman and package room
- Four blocks from the 4/5/6 at 125st and four blocks from the 6 at 116st
- Next to two grocery stores (Food Town and City Fresh), one being 24/7

Other details:
- Two awesome roommates, all women (Zena and Leyda), artsy and friendly (Leyda will be helping and managing your stay or whatever you need)
- Two beautiful pet cats (Disco and Divine, they are usually friendly but sometimes act very diva. Can win them over easily by giving them treats/churu)

The room is my room (Lori) and I am a part-time drag performer, so a lot of my stuff will be there (wigs, costumes, shoes, lots of makeup). However, the furniture next to the bed will be free to use and put your clothes and things there. The vanity can also be used and will be cleared out if you want to use it to do your own makeup/get ready or use it as a desk.
