Looking for a fellow Covid-conscious person to renew my current lease with.

About the apartment: The apartment is a 2-bed in East Harlem. Total rent is $2650 and it’s on the 6 line, a fourth-floor walk up, and has a huge amount of common space (kitchen, living room, “office,” and entryway).

About Covid precautions: I work a hybrid job but am very rarely unmasked indoors or attending crowded events. I test regularly and don’t see friends without them taking precautions before hand. I do have to see family (in NYC) that doesn’t take precautions more often than I would like. I don’t have air filters to use at home yet but I’m hoping to get some soon. I have long covid and have to take an immunosuppressant medicine for pain issues so living with someone also committed to not getting themselves/other people sick is my ideal.

About me: I’m pretty quiet, very much a homebody. In my free time I’m usually reading, watching 🏳️‍🌈 movies, on FaceTime, or trying (and usually failing) to acquire a new hobby.
