Roommate to sign lease in Harlem

Hey, we are two friends looking for a 3rd tenant for an apartment in Harlem starting June 1st. Our budget is $1300 each, so $3900 for the full apartment. To be considered, you’ll likely need to have an income over $50,000 or a guarantor.

We are Irish and Lithuanian, both 25. We are chill, like having a good time. Been locking in at the gym and stuff although broski has been slacking I’m trynna tell him to do better bc the summer is getting close. We’d love to have a call or something and see the vibe. Anyway just lmk would be great to find someone to apartment hunt with.
