It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. The living room/kitchen area is furnished. The apartment is only two blocks away from the 6 train and there are multiple bus routes nearby (M116, M101, M102, M15, etc.) for easy transportation access. There’s also a Costco and Aldi’s four blocks away, a Food Bazaar on 125th and 3rd, and lots of restaurants nearby to choose from! We have a washer/dryer in the apartment, and we just got a new fridge and deep freezer, so there’s plenty of room for storing food. There’s a hallway closet split between the three roommates, and the current roommates you’d be with are great about sharing common spaces with bookshelves, desks, etc.

I’m looking for someone to sublease my room for an early move out; I’ll be abroad all summer. The location, roommates, and apartment are great! There are currently two other roommates, both BIPOC, and there will also be a cat (friendly) in the apartment. Roommates are queer/queer-friendly. The roommates are very respectful, and follow an organized cleaning schedule. One person cleans the common spaces for the week, and then we rotate, so it’s your turn every 3 weeks. You are not responsible for cleaning up after the cat as he is another roommate’s, and she is great about taking care of him. You would work out the cleaning schedule for your shared bathroom with the other roommate you share with as it’s only between the two of you.
