We are looking for a third roommate to join a peaceful and friendly 3-bedroom apartment located on East 111th Street between Madison and Park. The area is quiet and safe, with mostly families in the building, and it’s very convenient for transportation. The 6 train at 110th Street and several bus lines are just a short walk away.

Two rooms are currently available:

• Small room – $845/month (unfurnished)
• Larger room – $1050/month

The apartment is shared with two respectful and easygoing roommates and two friendly cats, so the new roommate must be comfortable living with cats.

We are ideally looking for a working professional who is responsible, clean, and respectful. This is a great place for someone who enjoys a quiet, relaxed home environment.
