The building complex includes complimentary laundry facilities, a newly renovated gym, and a common area lounge with amenities like a pool table, comfortable sofas and tables for working from home. The apartment itself features a full kitchenette, 1.5 bathrooms, and a large television.

• A 15-minute walk to Central Park
• A 10-minute walk across the footbridge to Randall’s Island

We’re also close to several restaurants and grocery stores, right next to 2 healthy option delis and a Dunkin’, and just down the street from Costco and the mall at 116th Street.
