ASAP/Mar move in: Chic & modern Manhattan apt

Hello Friends,
I'm looking for 1 new roommates to join our
4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in East Harlem, Manhattan, from March 2026 to August 2026 (5 months). You'll be living with myself and two current roommates to finish our lease.
Our modern, chic apartment features:
- Natural lighting
- In-unit washer and dryer
- Dishwasher
- 2 bathrooms (you'll share one with a tub)
- High ceilings
- Beautiful exposed brick accent walls
- Roof access
To secure your spot you would need to pay the security deposit upfront in advance ($1175 ASAP) Then before move in by March 1st we would ask you pay us rent ($1175) which will be applied for March 2026 rent.
This is standard for any long-term lease. So a total of ($2350) for March move in. FYI-this is a minimum amount of time for a sublease commitment since this is a lease is almost over.
Transportation is convenient with the M15 bus 3 minutes away and the 4, 5, & 6 subway lines about a 10-minute walk. The East River shopping center (Marshalls, Planet Fitness, Costco, ALDIs is nearby)

We're looking for roommates who are:
- In their 20s-30s
- Financially responsible
- Kind and considerate
- clean
Summary of Costs:
- Security deposit: $1175 (due ASAP)
- Monthly rent: $1175 (due date 2/27 & we will apply to March rent)
- Utilities: $50-70 per month
You should earn 40x the rent ($40k+/year) and be able to show stable rental history.
