Hello,

I recently experienced loss of income and can no longer afford my rent. I'm looking for someone to takeover my lease until June.

Sooner move in is possible and the room can either come furnished (queen sized mattress and desk) or unfurnished.

My current roommate is a friend and can be trusted. The apt is very clean and in good condition with a lot of space. The room and closets are large. I uploaded a video from our original tour. The tiles and wall paint have been reset.
