My husband and I are subletting our sunny spare bedroom in our East Harlem 2 bedroom apartment from now until March 1.

The room is furnished with a full size bed, shelves, sofa, and a desk. Floor to ceiling mirror and two big windows that get full sunlight all day.

The apartment is a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom second floor apartment with high ceilings and restored moldings from the 1800s, located on 116th st one block from East River shopping center with Costco, Aldi, planet fitness and Marshall’s.

We will be traveling for 2 weeks so you would have the apartment to yourself for half of the month and the other half you would share with us and our 6 mo old.

Washer and dryer in the basement. Rent is $1800.

Looking for someone quiet and clean who doesn’t smoke. Sorry, no pets :(i
