$900 Mid Sized Room in East Harlem

$900 mid sized room on 116th and Second Avenue with great natural light in a two flight walk up. Year long lease beginning in March with the option to renew

5 minute walk from the 6 train, 2 minute walk from the M101/M102/M103/M98, and across the street from the M15/M15SBS
Also a 15 minute walk from the 2/3 train, and the 4 train
Loads of restaurants, grocery stores, laundromats, and other businesses all within a few minutes walking distance

There are 3 other females living here in their 20s-30s.
We pay electric and wifi, with electric usually $30-80 per person depending on time of year, and wifi $8 per person. We evenly split both of those bills, and also the cost of shared products such as toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning products, etc.

The room can come furnished or unfurnished, as the previous roomie is leaving a good bit of furniture FOR FREE, including a wooden daybed with a plastic covered mattress, a lighted vanity with stool, and a 6 drawer dresser from IKEA

Technically the building is nonsmoking, but I myself do partake in the ganja in my room with an air purifier and draft blocker, so if you won't tell, I won't tell

Pet friendly! I have a hamster and kitty cat, and am totally open to pet sitting any beloved pets you may have

I will be the one responding to any inquiries and doing showings, and then will shuttle over possible applicants to the leasing office of our building for final decisions/paperwork, etc. These are the following qualifications they are looking for:
Clean credit (flexible with school if you don’t have many collections), money in the bank, annual income of at least $40,000
