Looking for roommate for huge East Harlem apt

We are looking for a new roommate to share our artistic 5 bed/ 2 bath East Harlem apartment!

1. The room
Is available Dec 1 for long term.
It comes furnished and rent is $1050 + $50/mo utilities.

2. The apartment:
is a spacious 5 bedroom apartment that takes up the entire 5th floor of our building (walk-up with no elevator). There is a fully stocked eat-in kitchen, a separate dining room, a living room, an art studio, and a full rooftop. There is also a washer and dryer in the apartment. The entire house is covered in artwork and murals and you're welcome to paint one too!

3. The Roommates:
You would share the apartment with roommates, all in their 20s and early 30s, all genders, everyone is clean and respectful. We also have a sweet cat named Leonardo, he’s very quiet and doesn’t bother anybody:

4. The Neighborhood:
We are on 1st ave between 115th and 116th, near tons of great restaurants, bars, and a block away from the East River shopping plaza (Aldi's, Costco, Planet Fitness, Marshalls, etc), Patsy's pizza, and Jefferson Park (outdoor swimming pool, running track, soccer and baseball fields). The 6 train is 3 blocks away and the M116 crosstown bus is practically outside of our door. M15 Express bus is one block away. Three Citibike docks within a block in each direction.

Must have proof of income and pass a credit check. First months rent and one month security deposit required to move in. Sorry, no couples and no smoking.
