The apartment is three bedroom and shared one bathroom, kitchen. Bathroom is always very clean, and you won't feel inconvenience.
laundromat is outside of building but very close within 1 minute walking just cross the corner.

Neighbor is safe and very convenient, close to everywhere- grocery stores, drug stores, restaurants, bar, hospital, post officer etc. East River Plaza (Marshalls, Costco and Aldi) is also close. 6 train subway station is 1 minute walking away, 2 or 3 train is 10-minute walking distance. NYU, Baruch, Hunter college, The New School, Weill Cornell medical college, Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, Mannes Columbia University are all easy to reach.
current shared utilities about $100 per person each month, water /winter heat are free.

About us: Two long term female roommates (30s) in two other rooms have been living here for several years, we are both professional working and attending institute full time onsite, we are mature and calm, very clean and quiet at home (you won't see boyfriend or overnight visitors from us), we are also kind, very respectful with advanced educations. previous the long-term roommate who stays in this room left for Pharmacy school in Massachusetts, so we are looking for a new roommate to take over.
