Searching for one roommate for 3-bedroom apartment

Searching for one roommate for a 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom apartment. Heating and WiFi included, along with a bed and desk left over from a previous roommate. Current occupants are both male (one in his mid-twenties, a full-time employee, and the other a 32-year-old full-time employee). We are both quiet but open to hanging out while being respectful of your privacy. While we are both chill people, we want to emphasize that you must also know how to clean up after yourself and keep our shared spaces relatively clean, as we've had bad experiences with a messy roommate, and neither of us wishes to deal with that again.

The apartment is 15 minutes away from the Green Line subway (4, 5, and 6) and 10 minutes away from the M60 bus line.
