Lovely bedroom in sunny apartment!

we are looking for a third roommate for the summer! we've got a gorgeous apartment with a huge shared living room, open plan kitchen, featuring exposed brick & a fire escape (+ maybe even a little roof access). the third bedroom has two lovely windows and a closet! there's pretty wood flooring and lots of natural light throughout the apartment. you're welcome to cook, hang out, watch movies, make art with us, whatever you like!

• mahlon (28) & peyton (21)
• we're artists & writers - mahlon is a photographer & peyton is a journalist
• mahlon also works in animal welfare at an animal shelter!
• we're out of the house a lot but also love to spend downtime cooking, watching movies & sharing news over tea
• mahlon's dog lola also lives here! she is a shy sweetheart who loves the quieter things in life. she mostly hangs out in mahlon's room but loves to snuggle on the couch too. it is important to us that you are comfy with dogs too! :)

the room is available may 1st, you can stay for at least the summer or for the year! or we can take it month to month if you like. hope to speak to you soon! ✧.*
