Welcome to our spacious floor-through apartment in vibrant South Harlem! Situated on the top floor of a charming three-unit townhouse, our home offers a unique blend of comfort and convenience.

The generously-sized bedroom, measuring 11'x18', boasts ample natural light, a decent-sized closet, and the versatility to accommodate a king-size bed and additional furniture. Currently furnished with a king-size bed, nightstand, and two floor lamps, the room provides a cozy and welcoming atmosphere for your enjoyment.

Our shared spaces include a bathroom, kitchen, and a living/dining room with expansive windows that flood the area with natural light. It's a perfect spot to unwind or entertain guests.

My partner (m35) and I (m38) are two mature non-smoking, respectful, working professionals who travel frequently for work. This means you may often find yourself alone with the entire apartment, offering you a sense of privacy and autonomy.

Conveniently located near the 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 trains, and the 125th Street Metro North Station, commuting is a breeze. Additionally, a large laundromat just two blocks away offers delivery services, making laundry day hassle-free. Explore the neighborhood's culinary offerings with supermarkets near the 116th train stations, and treat yourself to quality groceries at Whole Foods located at the 125th Street Station.

We are cat-friendly, but unfortunately, we cannot accommodate dogs.

Rent is priced at $1650 per month, plus utilities (approximately $75), which includes high-speed internet. To make your stay even more enjoyable, we have a cleaning lady who visits twice a month. If you'd like her to clean your room as well, it's an additional $40 per month. First and last month’s rent to secure.
