The household consists of myself (a CNA), my roommate (a student and a local barista), and two cats.

I'm looking for a respectful and tidy third female roommate to move in ASAP - can be short term, but I'd prefer long term, assuming we vibe together! Please no drama (we have stories) and no drugs (420 friendly, but smoke outside - it’s a building rule).

Laundry is a block away, grocery store is directly across the street, and the 6 train is on the next block. I've lived in this apartment for 10ish years now, and I love the neighborhood (good food, nice families, a few schools). It's only 3 blocks east of Central Park, so I've always joked that that's my back yard.

Happy to have you come and get to know us as soon as possible, but if we have to take a little extra time, that’s fine - finding the right fit is important.
