Available Bedroom: Furnished, Street-facing bedroom - roughly 8'x11' with a larger closet. Available Feb 1, 2026.

•Furnishings Included (Please note - Furnishings may differ from those shown in photos): full sized bed (linens upon request), 2x 4-drawer dresser, desk, chair, curtains, closet (with hangers), full length mirror, shelving and bedside storage

•Bathroom: You would be sharing a bathroom with 1 other roommate.

•Price: Rent ($1150) + gas/electric ($80-140/month per person)+ internet ($20/month per person). 1st months rent + security deposit ($1000) required before move in.

• SubLease-Term: month-to-month; Subleaser or subleasee have the flexibility to end the sublease given 30-days notice.

*Rent must be paid in full-month installments on the at the end of the previous month, unless early move in or check out is agreed upon.

The Apartment:
•3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, second-floor walk-up in a quaint 4-unit building
• Large living room and dining area, kitchen island, & lots of kitchen storage. Kitchen supplies are communal.
• Dishwasher & smart thermostat (central AC/heating)
•No laundry in unit but there is a laundry mat 2 blocks away.

Pets: We have one cat who spends most the time in the other rooms. No additional pets please.

Current Roommate: I (33/F) am a young professional and have lived in the apartment since 2019. My roommate (32/M) works in finance and works from home occasionally. I work from home most days of the week and can have an atypical schedule (evenings and some weekends). We like to keep the place tidy and may host small gatherings from time to time.

Prospective Roommate(s): Looking for roommates who are independent, responsible, considerate, easy-going and communicative. While we like to socialize and have a good time, we are looking for someone who is respectful, values privacy, and has experience living in shared spaces. Proof of income or lets of recommendations may be requested.

Neighborhood: Located on a quiet and residential East Harlem block (119th and Pleasant). This room faces a dead-end street so noise from street traffic is minimal. Relatively easy street-parking. Quick walk to East River Plaza ( Costco, Aldi, Planet Fitness) across the street from M116 bus stop!

I'm happy to schedule an in-person or virtual tour. ID, paystubs, and references may be requested before move in, unless paying for short term stay up front. Subtenant contract will be reviewed and agreed upon before moving. Please tell me a little about yourself when you message. 🙂
