Hi! I am looking for 2 roommates to sign a year lease with me for my lovely recently renovated apartment in East Harlem. ✨

It’s super quiet outside especially at night. All the rooms are separated by the hall way and living room so we all have great privacy. Plenty of stores around the place and Central Park is a 15 min walk!

Bedroom 1: available July 1st

-space for a full and queen size bed and extra space with other small furniture
-Can be left furnished if you would like that

Bedroom 2: available August 1st

-One large window but plenty of space for a full or queen size bed and desk and extra space.
-Bed can be left but unfurnished otherwise

-Building includes water and gas: individual cost for utilities: electricity and Wifi around $50-70 each per month depending on the season.
- 5-8 min walk to Metro North and 4/5/6 by 116th st. 12 mins to 2/3.
- 5th Floor walk up
- In unit Washer/Dryer
- Dishwasher
- Remote controlled heat/AC units in each bedroom and living room.
- Recessed lighting in common areas.
- You can bring home decor and kitchen stuff and we can set up a pantry shelf

I do have a small dog that often stays over my room :) so must be dog friendly
