Roommate wanted

1 bedroom available in a 3 bedroom apartment in East Harlem!!!

A private bedroom is available in a spacious East Harlem apartment. We have a laundry room in the building, a closet in each room and the hallway, a small private balcony, central heat, dishwasher, Internet (Fios), 1 1/2 bath, etc. UTILITIES INCLUDED! Apartment building also has a free gym for residents! Rent is $1250/month and it’s due on the 1st of every month.

RENT+DEPOSIT. Room is available June 1st.

The bedroom is not furnished (no beds, furnitures, etc). However, the rest of the apartment is fully furnished.

Closest Subway stop is the 6 on 103 station (btw. 103 St & Lexington Ave) and Q on 96 St (Btw. 96 St & 2nd Ave). Street parking is a little difficult to get if you have a car, we are in NYC after all.
Current tenants: 2, early 30s, male.

I work from home and my other roommate is in the restaurant industry with an early afternoon to night work schedule. We’re very social and friendly but we mostly keep to ourselves.

Looking for respectful, social, kind, clean, not too noisy, roommate who is responsible about the rent payment. We’d like for someone to stay long term.

Due to the current situation with the pandemic, the current tenants take extra precautions to make not only ourselves safe but each other as well.
