The apartment is renovated and modern, with a dishwasher, washer/dryer IN UNIT, stainless steel appliances, etc. The shared bathroom has a spacious shower and tons of storage. All the rooms get plenty of good light during the day. Heat and hot water are included in the rent. Cable/internet service is Fios, and I have gigabit internet, which is awesome for working remotely! There?s also a storage unit in the basement.

Your bedroom has space for a queen-size bed, a dresser, and a (small) desk. The closet is big and has lots of built-in hanging rods and shelving! The prior tenant also left a near-new A/C unit for you.

I?m a native New Yorker in my early 30s, and I think I?m pretty friendly, responsible, and easy to live with! I like to keep the apartment a negativity-free zone ???? I?m a database professional, and a part-time student in the evenings. Non-smoker, infrequent drinker. I keep the common spaces (especially the kitchen) neat and organized. I?m a pretty social person but I?m happy to hang out as much or as little as you?d like. (The TV in the living room has basically every streaming service, so we?ll have plenty to watch!)
