Sublet in Apartment Next to Central Park

Hi everyone!

I have a room to sublet in a covid free 2br/1b apartment with shared living room that is right next to Central Park. It's a 1 floor walk-up. The room gets ample amount of sunlight and furnished (comes with an AC, bed, built-in closet and chair). 24/7 open laundry in the building. 6 train is 5-7 minutes walk. Buses M1-M4 just across the street. Many Delis and supershops within a few blocks . Mount Sinai hospital is just 5 minutes walk.

It's a great location if you love to jog/ run in Central Park or love going to museums.

A little about me.. I am a recent MPH graduate and work as a Medical Interpreter. Vaccinated. Also an avid Office, Friends and P&R fan. I like going out for walks at the central park and experimenting with recipes. This place has been home away from home and I hope whoever plans to move-in would feel the same.

I am looking for a female roommate who is friendly, easy going, respect each others privacy and culture, and keep the common spaces clean.

Short term sublets are also considered.
