Coffee shop, grocery stores, post office is less than 1 minutes location. Less than 15 minutes train ride from Grand Central Station, 20 minutes train ride from Union Square.
The Apartment : 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. Pre-war 3rd floor walk-up, newly renovated apartment with in-unit laundry/dryer. Room has build in closet, has small window, fit a full size bed and desk. Pretty quiet.
About me : I?m originally from Tokyo, Japan. Living in NYC for 3 years now. I work for a Japanese broadcasting company in NYC. I work Monday to Friday, 10am -6pm.
I love cooking, watching TV, exploring the city. I don?t smoke or drink. I?m very clean, respectful and friendly.
