This is for ONE (1) ROOM in a 3 bedroom apartment, 1.5 bath. $1175 per month, $300/week, $70/night. Can prorate for any length of stay within those dates. HUGE room with TV, full-sized bed. HUGE living room and dining area as well! Private patio with amazing southern Manhattan view! There are 2 other folks in the apartment, please respect the shared space. Elevator building, laundry and gym on the first floor.

Security deposit equal to the cost of stay will be required to secure the room. Payment for the stay due when you get the keys, and security deposit will be returned to you within a week of checkout (barring any issues).

4 min walk to 4,5,6 subway, 125th Metro North station, M60-SBS. Bus stop right in front of the building, Citibike station 1 block away. 2 Groceries stores 1 block away, 2 dollar stores within 3 blocks. Many bodegas/food places within a 3 minute walk.

Looking for someone respectful, clean, and quiet to stay while I am gone. Longer stays (2 months) preferred. Please message if you are interested or have any questions.
