Couple renting 1 bedroom (AC) of a 4 bedroom duplex loft with: 2 bathrooms, Huge Living room, Massive windows (great light), 15 foot ceilings, Great Fully Equipped Kitchen, Dishwasher, Full size Washer and Dryer, AC, Cable, High-speed Wireless Internet. All rooms different and unique (average 13'x 13' each with good size closet). We currently rent one other room to a Nurse in his 30's. So sorry, no couples. For an additional $50 a month the room can be furnished.

The building is a converted public school. It also has: elevator, gated entrance, video door bell, roof access, huge courtyard with grills for tenant use and bicycle rack, close to several full size grocery stores, also walking distance to Central Park, the New Q train, 96th street, and the 6 train. (scenic 17 min walk to the 2 &3 trains).

We also have two very friendly cats; no smoking in the apartment please. We are looking for professional people, start with a (minimum) 6 mo lease or 1 year lease. Please respond if you are serious about renting and are responsible. :)

Utilities are around $140.00 each (includes internet. Coned and cable) a security deposit of 1/2 a month's rent (refundable) and a maintenance fee of 1/2 (non-refundable) are needed to move in ($2300).
