Cozy LES bedroom

We have a beautiful room available on the LES/East Village border. It’s a 3-bedroom apartment, and we’re two women looking for another female roommate. This is a women-only household.

The apartment is located just 2 minutes from the 2nd Ave F train and a short walk to Broadway-Lafayette (B, D, F, M) and Bleecker St (6). The M15 bus stops right downstairs, with several other bus lines nearby.

The neighborhood is amazing - tons of great restaurants and bars, with Whole Foods, Union Market, and Trader Joe’s all within walking distance.

We’re looking for a reliable, respectful, and responsible roommate. We keep the apartment very clean and are looking for someone with the same habits - this is a deal breaker for us.

Everyone cleans up after themselves immediately in the common areas — dishes are washed, dried, and put away after use rather than left in the sink or on the drying rack. We also rotate a weekly cleaning schedule between the three roommates, so approximately once every three weeks, you’re responsible for thoroughly cleaning the bathroom (including the tub and sink), kitchen, and floors.

We usually all have different schedules, which means everyone can use the kitchen and shower when they need to. It’s a fast-paced city, so having easy access to shared spaces when you’re getting ready or rushing somewhere is important.

The room currently has a full-size bed with a mattress, a large dresser, a hanging rack, and a desk. If you like the furniture, you’re welcome to keep it. If not, you’re free to replace it and make the room your own.
