The room is set up for both comfort and productivity, featuring a dedicated desk and chair, ideal for remote work or studying. The bed is very comfortable with crisp clean hotel sheets, plush pillows and a heavy 100% down comforter. Lighter spare comforter also available. Plush Turkish towels provided.

The apartment is shared for $1250 per week, pro-rated for flexible stays or $2000 per week for the entire apt. If shared, I am rarely home—leaving early in the mornings and returning late just to sleep. I am upstate 2-3 days a week so you will pretty much feel like you have the place to yourself. I’m clean, respectful, and very low-key.

High-Speed Internet & Entertainment: Stay connected with 300 Mbps high-speed internet, ideal for remote work and streaming. The apartment includes two large flatscreen TVs—one in the living room and one in the bedroom—fully equipped with streaming services like Netflix, HBO Max, Amazon Prime, Peacock, DirectTV, Disney+, Hulu, and YouTube.

Also, ideal for World Cup fans/groups wanting central Manhattan access, easy transit to MetLife Stadium (~45–60 min via subway/PATH).
