Your own furnished (or unfurnished) room with private bathroom in a prime, elevator, loft building in Tribeca. The room is quiet, has good closets, and gets great light. Furnishings can be swapped out from the main space based on preference, e. g., upholstered armchair, lamps, art. Twin bed converts to king size. Access to a beautiful roof deck with trees, garden, and DWR furniture.

Excellent location within 1-2 blocks of Whole Foods, Equinox, CVS, Target, restaurants, shops, farmer's market (Wednesdays and Saturdays), and public transportation (1/2/3, A/C/E, and CitiBike; R/W, 4/5/6, J/M/Z). Walk to Hudson River Park, City Hall Park/Brooklyn Bridge, the World Trade Center, SoHo, Chinatown, South Street Seaport, and Wall Street.

The apartment has a washer/dryer for laundry and a furnished kitchen for light cooking. Living, kitchen and dining areas including full dining table are shared. (Some of the furniture has been reconfigured, but the open-plan loft space is the same.) Prefer no shoes inside, washing hands when entering, and minimal central AC for comfort and cost.

Basic utilities (wifi, gas, electric) are included in the rent.

I live/work in the loft part time as a graphic designer, mostly during the week. My husband will occasionally stay overnight, but he lives primarily uptown. I prefer a friendly, cordial setting and respect the need for privacy. The building is small, safe, neighborly, owner-occupied, and located in an extremely safe, clean, and convenient upscale neighborhood.

I'm looking for a professional who works outside of the home and is respectful, tidy, responsible, and friendly. Prefer females for long-term share, but open to males and shorter term (2-3 months) for the right candidate. Please reach out if you're interested or have any questions.
