-Walking distance, 5-10mins to Central Park, Whole Foods, pharmacies, restaurants and bars on 9th ave and subways (A/B/C/D, 1, N/Q/R/W)

1 bedroom apartment with kitchenette attached to living room, entry via foyer, bathroom attached to foyer. I stay in the living room and both the room and converted living space has separate entry points, affording privacy. Common area is just the foyer and bathroom. See floor plan.

About me:
I'm a woman in my 40s, freelancing currently. Hence prefer a working out of the house professional :).
I'm very tidy, neat and organized. Some of my interests are walking, yoga and meditation. I don't bring home parties or play loud music.

Looking for someone who is quiet, easy going. Min 1 month to max 3. Can do month to month if we are compatible. Best for someone wanting a temporary place without paying high hotel costs. I can provide bed linens and towels on request but laundering them is your responsibility.

Please be employed or able to show that you can pay rent for duration of stay. Vegan/vegetarian only please if you wish to use the tiny kitchennette or if you don't cook meat, that's fine too.

No pets, no smoking or drugs inside the apartment (recreational or otherwise). Absolutely no shoes inside the apartment and have provided a shoe rack in foyer to place your footwear. No overnight guests allowed.

1 month rent + 1 month security deposit due at agreement signing.
