Furnished. Gas and utilities included. Air-conditioning cost and internet not included. Supermarkets, convenience stores, pharmacies, and restaurants are everywhere. 5-minute walk to the Two Bridges waterfront.

About the roommates, there are two: 1. A young professional working in fashion in his 20s. 2. The landlady, a retiree.

Rent is $1350 a month. One month deposit required. Move-in ready. 6-month lease minimum; 1-year lease preferred and prioritized.

No pets allowed.
