We're looking for a responsible, quiet roommate that can either be studying or working professionally. Preference for Mandarin and English speakers. There is a shared bathroom and small kitchen, which we asked that the roommate keeps clean when used! Very convenient location to banks, transportation (F Train, several buses, and city bikes), grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The building has an open-aired rest area, elevators, and a 24 hr doorman. Everyone here is vaccinated partly/completed. This is a family with kids in school so we asked that you are quiet before 2 PM during school days. Couples are okay but the price will be changed. The room comes furnished with a large (Queen sized) bunk bed, closets, and cabinets. Please contact if you would like to view it. Will be cleaned before renting out.
