Hi! I?m looking for someone to replace me in a lease for this beautiful and spacious apartment in Chinatown (LES 2br/1ba) available for move in from July 15th or Aug 1st till February 5th 2021 with an option to renew thereafter.

The apartment is a short walk from the B & D (Grand Street) and R, Q,W & 6 (Canal Street). There?s tons of amazing restaurants, park and grocery stores across the street. Its is also a short walk to the East village, NYU and Cooper Union.

The bedroom is very spacious and gets in a lot of natural light during the day. The bedroom easily fits a queen size bed along with a desk, closet and a dresser. The bedroom will be unfurnished. There is a separate pantry and 2 other closets in the living room. The living room comes furnished. There is no broker?s fee and the rent includes heat and water. You will have to pay extra for internet and electricity. You will have to make 40xRent or have a guarantor who makes 80xRent. There is laundry and elevator in the building.
