Sunny bedroom in a 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom Chinatown apartment available for a 1-year lease starting March 1st.

The bedroom is roughly 11ft x 11ft and has two windows, including one bay window with a built-in space for a AC unit (no window unit required). Very generous sized bedrooms for the neighborhood.

The living space is big enough for a TV, love seat and chair. The kitchen is along one wall and includes a brand new stove/oven, as well as a microwave and fridge. I welcome furniture for the living room as my current roommate will most likely be taking the current furniture with him.

Bathroom is a good size with a shower/tub, sink with medicine cabinet and storage shelves.

The apartment is on the 4th floor (walk-up) in a 5-floor building with only one other unit on the floor. Mostly people in their 20s/30s live in the building who are respectful and have never been an issue to live around over the last 3.5 years I?ve lived in the apartment.

The street (Orchard) is more quiet than the average block for the neighborhood and is surrounded by incredible restaurants, drinks spots and shopping and is just far enough away from the craziness of the Lower East Side.

The apartment is within a 5-minute walk to the following trains: B/D at Grand Street, F at East Broadway and F/M/J at Delancey Street.

Rent is $1650/month plus electricity, gas and WiFi. First month and deposit to move in. Requirements from landlord for new tenants may include: recent paystubs, credit report, tax returns and/or bank statements.

30-year-old guy who works in business development/strategy for a nonprofit organization. Originally from Minnesota, very nice demeanor, not fussy and veers away from drama/dramatic people. Love good humor and fun and easygoing people and being social while also balancing it out with alone time.
